Kelly Hedley

As a passionate and experienced media sales professional with a background that includes agency
and marketing roles, I bring a unique perspective and diverse skill set to my position as a Senior
Account Manager.
I am a natural collaborator with strong business acumen and have a proven track record of
exceeding sales targets. In my latest role, I managed several agencies both independent and global,
including FCB, dentsu and Spark Foundry, which provided me with an extensive client portfolio
across various sectors such as Telco, Finance, Automotive and Travel. With in-depth experience
working across both online and offline media, I apply strategic and creative thinking to develop
effective campaigns from start to finish.
Passionate about my work and driven to succeed, I am constantly striving to develop professionally
and personally, and contribute to the growth of this exciting industry. In September 2023, I will be

My latest role was in one of New Zealand's largest media companies - NZME. Below are a few of my skills -

products and services (print, digital, radio), maximising revenue generation and
contributing to business growth

Prepare and present recommendations and proactive, customer-focused, results-
driven proposals

Forecasting and actively updating the pipeline, tracking progress and maintaining
comprehensive records to ensure timely follow-up and effective management of
potential revenue

Solutions-focussed and successfully resolve client issues or concerns promptly,
employing strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial
resolutions
