• This is a very dear project for me because Food and Kitchen Management is
something, I have done the most in my life and I enjoy it with all my passion.
• UCL Academy is the most important site in the view of Aspens Services because of its
location.
• Team of 15 staff members
• We catered to 1000 students every day, operating with a catering team of 15
catering staff. I took over in December and by the end of March I had team hierarchy

manage production and people management with very little difficulty. I took a little
longer with getting bookwork and accounts right but did it well before they expected
