Kieran Morten

As an accomplished, highly agile leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, I wear my heart on my sleeve and lead by example, never asking anything of others that I'm not prepared to do myself.

It all started off with a passion for web development. My hobby became my job and then my job became my career. With time, I found another aspect to my role that I was equally passionate about, the people that I work with.

I’ve worked in a variety of SMEs, corporates, startups that have become tech unicorns, and startups that are on their way to becoming the next tech unicorn. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. I’ve seen how to treat your staff and how not to.

It’s my responsibility as Director Software Engineering, and a founding team member, to ensure that the culture we created at TruNarrative continues to be a positive force as we evolve, scale, and become an integrated part of LexisNexis Risk Solutions and the wider group.
