Iam a support worker, working with dementia, mental health, and physical challenge people in the respective homes as a supported living, supporting them with their day-to-day activities. such as working out, GP appointment, finance management and helping them with personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping and keeping them companying. and ensure the safety of the resident and myself, also making sure there are free from any form of abuse, report and document all the daily activities on the log book and report any incidents to my supervisor's.
Experience
working with mental health could be a little more challenging which required to be patient, tolerant and showing empathy and understanding them by been a good listener, and build a professional relationship and maintain boundless while providing support to them.
