My name is Kieron Watts and I would like you to consider reading my profile to enable you to know about my personal interests, knowledge and skill set, alongside sharing my aspirations and goals.

I consider myself to be determined and very hard working and have a passion to do well in all that I am tasked to do. I have a flexible approach to work and can adapt to most situations using my problem-solving strategies that I have gained throughout my career pathway.

I am a good team player, with good work ethics, however, can work very effectively on my own too.  

I have the desire to learn new skills and am willing to undertake any further training to develop myself further.  

My can-do attitude and approach towards my duties has proven to help me to stand out and be the best that I can be within my personal capabilities, however I recognise boundaries and when I may need to ask for assistance.

I have clear and effective communication skills that assists me when communicating with customers and I feel confident to deal with challenging situations with a calm and professional manner.

I am good with time management and can prioritize workloads as appropriate. I have a proven ability to thrive in many aspects of my work life, all which I feel contribute to achieve optimal customer satisfaction, whilst working in line with company goals, policies and procedures and any relevant legislation related to my role.
