With this aim i applying to teach in your school where the child centered approach, integration of technological platforms to plan,assess and motivate learners mirrors my own ideas. Through commitment and motivation, professionals like myself will be nurtured to grow and help others to do the same.Since professional growth and academic success have been known to correlate. I feel my personal qualities and professional practice will be valued as they are echoed in your school's ethos.
