About Lauren Hayes:

Hi I’m Lauren! I’m highly motivated in everything I do. I started out working within a customer service environment and I done that for around 3 years. Im bubbly energetic and I love talking to people and putting a smile on anyones face. I then went onto teaching and have done this for nearly 7 years now. I’ve really enjoyed my time working with young children and making a positive difference. 
 

I love to travel, I’m very spontaneous! I enjoy getting stuck into everything! Trying new things. I’m honestly trustworthy and reliable. I’m always the person who’s the first to help with anything anyone may need. Im confident and I have great communication skills. I’m able to tackle any challenge that may arise in any situation in life! 

Experience

Working in customer service and childcare, has given me plenty of experience in both job roles.

previously working in Newport High School. 
with KS4. I’ve gained more confidence and better communication style while being in these roles. Leading my team and managing different behaviour styles. monitoring the growth of each students succes, and recognising hard work.
