About Leanne Cronin:
I am currently working as a Kitchen Manger/Lead Event Chef. My job role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the every day running of our preparation kitchen and completing and auditing the relevant paperwork. Ordering and maintaining stock levels, I have developed a strong working relationship with our suppliers, which ensures our events run smoothly. Training and motivating a small team of Event Managers, ensuring they are up to date with allergen information & food safety regulations. Preparing all foods for our 25+ events a week, ensuring that allergens and dietary requirements are met, some of these foods include canapés, side dishes and skewers.
