About Lee Whyte:
Previously employed as a Team Leader for 3 different departments within Protect My Property Ltd, helping to shape the future of the company with new and improved processes which have made a measurable difference to the
company, their customers and stakeholders. This role has been made possible by my progression to management in a number of different organisations. Most recently with UMi Commercial Ltd, Where I managed a team of 10
experienced Business Support Advisors who worked a hybrid model between home and office locations on a Government contract to supply the public with business advice and signposting. This can be managed thanks to the use of a number of different software packages ranging from Microsoft office through to bespoke Client Relationship Management software and Personnel management software.
Using my experience in both a customer service and sales environments, I am able to communicate effectively and influence decisions with both internal and external customers using verbal and written communication across a wide range of media from video calls and conferences, email, web chats and directly in person.
I’m dedicated to providing the best service and support to my team achieving this by effectively managing my time between building and maintaining relationships and day to day tasks including managerial reports, resource management and general ad hoc support to the wider business.
