  • Provide financial support for the work of the Fund by undertaking book-keeping functions, maintaining records and carrying out financial and statistical research. This includes managing petty cash, visa, credit card and banking.
  • Provide efficient and effective administration which includes: a) Clerical work e.g. producing and circulating letters and papers, updating of databases, filing, incoming and outgoing mail etc. as required. b) reception duties e.g. Telephone management and dealing with visitors to the Fund. Arranging and setting up meetings. Managing a diary system. Participate in and assist with IEF events and activities as required.

 

Administrator – Douglas Funeral Directors, Ballynahinch (May 2015 – January 2016)

  • Administrative support for arranging funerals and pre-arranged funerals.
  • Responsible for donation work and sale of headstones etc.
