My name is Leslie Chulliparambil Stephen and my last assignment was with Al-Hassan Engineering Company Oman as Lead Instrument Engineer for PDO’s Qarnalam Cogeneration power plant project till 21-Oct-2023.

Currently am available in Leicester, UK on a dependent visa, having a right to work in UK.

I have more than 16 years of experience as a Control & Instrumentation Engineer in the Oil & Gas projects in diversified locations of India, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and Oman. 

My experience is mainly in Instrumentation construction management as a key site in charge coordinating Client and Vendors for project completion which includes raising and follow up of technical queries, material requisition and procurement, installations, MTO preparation, review of engineering deliverables, minor site modifications based on STQ response to ensure smooth execution of Instrumentation construction activities.

• Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management and execution within, oil and gas, power plant, water treatment packages and refinery projects covering downstream and upstream segments in both Greenfield and Brown field areas.
