• Establish and implement risk and performance improvement plans for complex suppliers, tracking and reporting against plans
• Tendered for the total fleet provision circa 4 million with a successful implementation saving circa £650K +
• Implementing S2C provision globally and implementing best practice (Governance)
• Responsible for circa £25 million across 6 sites, with 95% tail end spend. Implemented strategy for cost-saving and supplier rationalization.
• Negotiated on Employee App, Vending, travel management, SaaS contracts
• BAU activity, supplier onboarding and exiting. Conducting PQQ’s, RFI, EOI and supporting business partners in IT.
