I am a well-motivated, intelligent person who can work independently and in a team. I have very strong computer skills and administration abilities. I am a hard worker who is constantly looking to develop myself and expand my skills and knowledge.

In my working life, I have taken on many different roles, including maintaining databases, websites and filing systems. I’ve worked in several offices and learned how to adapt to new environments, people, applications and working methods.

In my spare time, I have hobbies that include cross stitch, woodcraft, puzzles and gaming. I love to listen to music and watch movies with friends.

I have experience in administration-based work, customer services and stock management. I currently work for a supermarket in customer services, handling parcels from online sales.

I have a degree in Retail, NVQ in Administration. I also hold certification in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word and Union representation
