Luci Fallon

I am a bubbly character which helps colleagues and individuals in my care feel supported. I am good at staying calm in stressful situations, I try to understand thing to the best of my ability and I‘m patient in all types of situations. I have good, clear communication verbally, written or through email. In my free time I like to go on long walks in the countryside and swimming with my family. I also enjoy going to concerts and shopping with my friends. 

I have experience in: 

• Both physical and visual observations.
• General cleaning. 
• Serving food. 
• Supporting individuals with various physical and mental health needs. 
• Security of the ward, e.g. audits, being aware of the location of everyone in my care, loggings issues appropriately and ensuring everything is risk assessed. 
• An important part of my current job role is to ensure everyone in my care is safe at all times and get the rehabilitation they need.
   

• Health and Social Care Level 3 Extended Diploma, I got a C.
• Child Development Level 2, I got an A.
• Child Mental Health Level 2, I PASSED.
• I have a C in both Maths and English.
