About Luke Cox:

I have worked in many sections of Workforce Management from the Realtime aspects to Service Delivery Management. I have worked in many sectors from NHS to call answering services and have picked up many years of experience within these roles.
 

Experience

I originally spent a few years with a call answering service where i worked as an agent on the phone Team management and then to workforce planning as a Realtime analyst and then to service delivery within this company. I then moved into the NHS sector where i faced a new challenge and whole new host of tools which massively increased my knowledge.

Education

I finished school with all my grades being between A-C's and then completed A-Level photography.
