A highly determined and experienced business development and events manager looking for the next adventure. 

I am looking to continue on my professional journey by applying myself and my plethora of skills to a new sector. With in-depth knowledge and experience of conversing with numerous clients on a daily basis, dealing with complaints effectively, managing teams, and analysing differing data sets, I have proven to be an asset in both a professional manner and creative manner through creating and overseeing marketing activities and driving business through my network and personal determination. 

I am proficient in using Canva and Hootsuite, as well as Microsoft Office applications to produce numerous sales and marketing reports. I am honoured to have graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University in August 2022 with a BA (Hons) in Marketing, and whilst my current role has allowed me to adapt my degree and learning to my workplace, I am looking for a long-term role where I can aid business growth and continue developing my skill set.

My current role as Business Development and Events Manager really does keep me on my toes, I have been lucky enough to be involved within the management team for the last three years of my professional career, from Supervisor at Miller and Carter to Business Development and Events Manager with MHDL.

These roles have allowed me to effectively manage teams, respond to enquiries via phone and email which means that my phone and email manner is outstanding when conversing with clients, and produce quality analytical reports on all areas of the business. 

In the 2022 academic year, I proudly graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 in Marketing Management, this degree really allowed me to adapt to many challenges, such as COVID-19 and online learning. My time at university was incredible and it truly aided me in pushing myself to my limit at that time which has allowed me to grow personally as I continue to push myself into new zones of discomfort to reach new heights of achievement.

Prior to university, I attended Runshaw College in Leyland, here I studied Law, Politics, Philosophy and Theology, and Modern History, achieving AAB in A-Level and an AS-Level in History.
