I'm a recent MSc Marketing Management graduate from the Russel Group University of Southampton, looking for account executive, digital marketing executive and social media executive roles to take my marketing career to the next level. I love taking up on new challenges with an open mind. Most importantly, I'm on a constant learning journey and I enjoy trying out different things until I stumble on what I love the most.   • Being the only marketer in the company, I have taken entire ownership of the marketing department.
  • Launched BAR’s Instagram page and managed all social media accounts while creating/planning content simultaneously using Google Sheets and Canva.
  • In just a few months, I have increased LinkedIn’s page followers by 14%, from 7K to 8K, including engagement.
  • I have liaised with our external partners/agencies and have contributed in writing content for the new website.
  • I’ve conducted competitive analysis for BAR Technologies to optimize our social media strategy. 

Content Executive – Marketing:                  July 2022 – August 2023 | Inbox Insight (UK)

  • Implemented our yearly content marketing plan and achieved our objectives. 
  • Created topic and title ideas for both IFP (Insights for Professionals), our publishing brand and a global community of business leaders and for our clients.
  • Advised clients on content formats and wrote content briefs after analysing their website and competitors. 
  • Planned, wrote and scheduled weekly engaging social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter through SEMRush tailoring different audiences (Marketing, HR, IT) which increased the number of followers on IFP’s 3 LinkedIn channels by 151, 54 and 49 respectively and organically in 1 year.
  • I’ve edited different types of content formats (Research reports, infographics, whitepapers etc..)
  • Created content using AI writing tools and successfully edited, optimized and improved it to match the brand’s tone of voice and personality.
  • Created, repurposed and optimized our content for SEO, which led to a 43% increase in organic search visits. I have worked with tools like Hootsuite, SEMRush, Frase, Basecamp and Monday.
  • Supported our internal podcast, the “Strategic Marketing Show” by picking shorts and clips sections and Creating them using DaVinci resolve. I’ve also worked with Lumen 5 to create in-house videos.
  • Used the HARO platform to gather quotes and predictions from IT and business leaders to create an internal “HARO” article.

Digital and content marketing internship:

  • I have planned and written blogs, Meta descriptions and social media content (LinkedIn and Twitter) to increase our brand awareness, exposure and traffic.
  • I have assisted the companies with SEO, and keyword optimization. 
  • I have assisted with and worked on the current marketing and social media marketing strategy.
  • I have analysed LinkedIn and Twitter metrics to improve content quality and relevance for our customers and audience.

Marketing Internship:
                                                                         Summer 2018: July & August | Decathlon                                                                                                           

  • Conducted internal and external strategic analysis using SWOT, PESTEL, Customer analysis, Porters five forces and other strategic tools to define the business problem and create a marketing plan.
  • Conducted both online, in person Surveys and Interviews with Decathlon customers to gain valuable insight and solve their pain points while working on the marketing campaign. 
  • Created a Marketing storyboard for the Decathlon marketing campaign, which helped increase revenue/brand awareness for the rock-climbing brands.
