As a certified Master Practitioner in NLP and hypnosis, and extensive experience in life coaching and facilitating transformation. My passion lies in helping people break through limiting beliefs, set meaningful goals, and gain confidence to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Over the years, I’ve supported clients in achieving transformative results, whether it’s building self-confidence, navigating career changes, or even embarking on weight loss journeys with lasting impact. I combine advanced coaching techniques with therapies to enable my clients to live purposefully.

I also lead workshops like "Raise The Bar," designed for executives to elevate their skills and confidence in professional settings. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding each client’s unique needs, ensuring they achieve success in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
