am currently employed with a well known food brand I would now like to move on and move up the management ladder, and pass on all my knowledge,having worked for 20 years within different food production sites I would be ideal candidate for this position. I took all my employers to pass AA* grades with the BRC and had contact with people who wrote in hygiene for management.I have excellent communication skills and have a wealth of excellent prescience dealing with auditors.I can priorities workloads and am highly skilled at at maintaining accurate and as well as required documentation for Hygiene and Health Safety .I am fully proficient with Microsoft office,software of the chemical companies CIC,SOP,SSOW  and can learn new packages easily.
