Hello, my name is Mark.

 I have spent a lot of my working years in the food and retail industry. Part of this has ranged from, ice-cream trade to a fully qualified butcher, to owning and running my own cafe, and outside catering. 

Im passionate about customer care and satisfaction. 

Im qualified to drive cars, motor bikes, and upto 7.5 ton small trucks. 

I have ba diploma in person centered psychodynamic therapy. Level 3. 

Im 50 years old, motivated and passionate to work as a team/teamwork, or as one.

Most of my profession experience comes from working with customers/clients face to face to deliver.  customer care, help and satisfaction.  

Tesco retail assistant, 2008-2010

Cozy corner cafe, Owned and operated my own cafe. 2010-2015 

All-Ways Travel. professional minibus driver. 2016-2018

All-Rhodes travel. owned and operated my own professional minibus service. 2018-2023

 

Education

Newark and Sherwood college - Diploma in person centered therapy. 

Dukeries community college - GCSE's Maths, English, Drama, home economics and rural studies. 

West Notts College - call centre training.
