A dedicated and driven individual capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. I have a strong commitment to Customer service, trade processing and problem solving. During my time I’ve led and delivered small process updates to leading a team in developing a customer web portal, MetalsWeb, and a full blown multi products system for operations, covering full trade lifecycle of exchange and OTC business, physicals , FX, Options. averaging and Asians. 
 

Most recently I’ve completed a contract with the London Metal Exchange (LME) working for the LMEC Operations team on strategic BCP procedures for Option declarations, and warrant deliveries.

prior to this I was an Operations analyst with a fund company for 2 years, processing trades for LME, SGX, CME, FX and NYMEX exchange and allocations working closely with Front office and clearing brokers. Carried out Daily trade reconciliations and cash bookings. 
For a period of 10 years I was at Triland where I managed the trade and settlements team of four, clearing LME, NYMEX, CME and OTC FX and Precious metals .  I was tasked with production of Margin calls, settlements of FX and precious metals. scheduled payments for OTC warrant logistics business. Worked closely with metals warehouses and PM vaults, along with trading desks, Credit, compliance and regulatory reporting. 
worked with 3rd party vendors on system improvements and problem solving. 
At Standard Bank (ICBC) where I spent 11 years managing the Trade, settlements, margining , exchange deliveries and integrated a new OTC physical logistics metal business. During this time I was seconded for 3 years to lead a change management team to deliver specifications and production system for metal trades , positions and reporting requirements. The Trinity system was successfully delivered 

before joining ICBC I worked for Societe General for 15 years. I joined them as an Operations analyst, working closely with the Trading desk, finance teams and IT. I worked up to manage the Operations team for the last six years. The team cleared IPE, Base metals , Precious metals, FX, Options, and LME warrant deliveries.
