While Teaching in Higher and Further Education
I made a proactive commitment to the needs of less able students and ensured those students received the correct pastoral care from myself and the college.

My personable and approachable nature has helped me to form strong and valuable working relationships.
I have excellent communication skills which has been imperative to the success of the various Teaching roles and also working as an Audio Engineer.

I totally understand and am fully committed to being able to work closely with others to achieve the same goal.
Music Production, Studio sessions and Engineering Projects all commanded that I achieved strong organisational skills and the ability to meet client deadlines.

Networking with various companies and bodies enabled me to bring in guest speakers and expose my students to several different experiences, skills and knowledge within the music industry. I am forever committed to varying my students learning opportunities keeping lessons interesting, exciting all the while striving to make certain my students achieved the best results possible and enjoyed and valued their learning experience.

I am particularly versed in modern cutting edge sound techniques and use all forms of hardware and software at a professional level to create music and produce for promotions and various business.

Running my own music production business (Tidy Audio) and teaching at various College’s commanded the need to be thoroughly across all aspects of health and safety that of studio safety and safe and appropriate use of equipment.

I have advanced experience in using several forms of studio software including Logic Pro X and Pro Tools.
I am also highly skilled using both Apple and PC packages

I have an open and positive attitude which not only helps to

successfully develop .students, but also creates a solid team working ethic
