My professional foundation includes completing a Social Media Management course three years ago, which strengthened my understanding of platform strategy, content planning and audience growth.

Since then, the majority of my education has come from hands-on experience - working directly with brands across multiple niches, managing accounts, creating conversion-led content and refining strategy in real time.
