Udosen Mbuotidem Akpan  is my name, An Accounting and financial management Bsc holder  in university of sunderland London 

Financial transactions officer in First bank Nigeria Limited 

Duties:

·        Responsible for priming of ATM cards using Via-Card software (Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards).

·        Supervised the maintenance and repairs of bank’s office equipment and procurement of office stationaries within approved budget.

·        Responsible for profiling customers on online banking, mobile banking, email and sms alert systems.

·        Responsible for account opening and customer complaint handling using CRM.

·        Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for effective communication with customers and vendors.

·        Responsible for resolution of ATM and online banking technical issues.

·        Responsible for minor repairs of computer systems and internet network troubleshooting.

·        Perform basic mathematical calculations involving loan disbursement and fixed deposits. 

·        Execute written and verbal instructions and effectively exchange information among customers and team members.                

·        Proactively monitored the bank contractor’s performance to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.     

·        Creatively involved in the review of invoices, requisitions and financial documents for accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures. 

·        Performed other duties as assigned by my supervisor.
