Hello,

I'm a very happy and positive person, who has over 40 years of customer-facing experience. I'm Italian living in the UK since 1998, and my area of work is customer service, which over the years has included caring, minibus driving, milkman, as well as a few years in a call centre. I have infinite patience with people and can communicate at all levels with people from all walks of life - this I enjoyed particularly when working in my native Italy, in Venice, where I ran some Murano glass shops near St Mark's Square. In my spare time, I enjoy writing and performing the Italian classics on stage as a singer for all kinds of venues, where English audiences love Italian music. I live in lovely Appledore, where funnily enough, music is pretty much a daily thing here.
