I am an empathetic and insightful ICS with a strong background in in Psychology, counselling, and mental health advocacy. Skilled in fostering meaningful connections, I excellent at enhancing communication dynamics through active listening, conflict resolution, ans structured therapeutic approaches. My experience in applying CBT and CFT techniques enables me to create compassionate strategies that improve interpersonal relationships and collaboration.  

I have an extensive experience in therapy, utilising CBT and CFT techniques in a Pluralistic, person centred approach. Skilled in psychological assessments, case management and Crisis intervention. In a role as a probation service officer, I became adept at managing cases, resolving conflicts, and supporting rehabilitation efforts. My background as an assistant catering supervisor, highlights my strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, excelling in customer service and teamwork within fast-paced environments. 

My education is rooted in Psychology and mental health, providing me with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques such as CBT, as well as an extensive knowledge in criminology and rehabilitation.
