I am Musab Aksakal, a seasoned Packaging Engineer and Consultant of Australian nationality with Turkish roots, professionally shaped by my global experiences in Germany, the UK, and Australia. Although my origins lie in these particular nations, I see myself as a multicultural individual and a citizen of the world. These multi-cultural influences have not only enriched my personal life but have sculpted my professional persona, enabling me to effortlessly work in diverse environments, understand different business cultures, and manage multicultural teams with efficacy. My journey across the globe has equipped me with a flexible mindset and adaptability that allow me to drive success in any environment. My aspirations are truly international, as I strive to make a positive impact on a global scale through my professional contributions.

As a seasoned Packaging Engineer and Consultant, I possess a strong track record across various sectors and multinational corporations. I started my career in Australia, working as a Consultant Engineer - Contractor for Woodside Ltd., where I sharpened my skills in SAP PM and led a team of engineers while managing extensive projects under quality management standards ISO 9001:2015.

In Germany, with Procter and Gamble, I further harnessed my potential as a Process Leader for various production lines. My key accomplishments include optimizing speedups for increased throughput, implementing efficient cost reduction strategies, and assuring equipment reliability and efficiency.

My current professional stint with Board International in the UK as a Consultant to M&S, FatFace, and Rapha UK has seen me developing key metrics, managing multicultural teams and overseeing significant projects with high-quality standards. By implementing SQL data readers and asset register validation, I've extended my commitment to quality work and expertise.

This journey has cultivated me into a professional with robust project management skills, a solid grasp on various technical tools and software, a deep understanding of quality control procedures, and a knack for enhancing business performance through analytical strategies.

While earning my First Class Honors Bachelor of Engineering degree, with a major in Mechanical Engineering, from Curtin University in Perth, Australia, I honed my specialization in Materials Science, Packaging Technology, and Packaging Engineering. This concentration provided me with deep insights into advanced engineering principles and methodologies.

Emphasizing on practical applications, I utilized AutoCAD to successfully design and construct a 2-way pressure relief valve. Additionally, I acquired hands-on experience in programming basic linear cuts on flat plains and metal components through CAD/CAM. Further diversifying my computational engineering skills, I used C++ to develop a streamlined program capable of reading and auto-sorting files into their relevant folder locations, enhancing efficiency in Linux environments.

My academic journey did not solely focus on the technical aspect of engineering. I also delved into Engineering Law and Environmental Principles, an exploration that enriched my holistic understanding of the field. This combination of technical prowess, legal understanding, and environmental awareness ensured I have the comprehensive professional toolkit necessary to approach my work as an engineer and consultant from all angles, making meaningful and responsible contributions in my roles.
