His journey began at Apollo Seals Co as Quality Engineer, and Later Assistant manager at Harita NTI and Manager at Henkel. where he advanced from Materials Engineer to Quality Assurance cum Operations Manager. There, he oversaw quality compliance across multiple plants, developed technical documents, and implemented quality control procedures. His leadership in Driving the Lean Process flow & Six sigma, focus on Quality projects, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) Management, Scientific Tools, 8D Analysis, Process QAC Cycle for Defect Prevention, Investigations and root cause analysis / Legal Metrology. He led quality assurance activities, conducted property testing of Poly vinyl chloride, Epoxy Materials for Sealant and Flooring), damping materials, Noise Vibration harshness products for Automobile and Construction industries, and aligned operations with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards. His proficiency in SAP ERP systems helped streamline data management and resource allocation.
