- Established, set up and managed the business
- Responsibilities included managing teams of people and leading the business through decades of design, manufacture, service, and support through all changes with the advancement of technology.
- Managed specialised audio / video systems and equipment being designed, manufactured, supplied, and supported to a range of customers including UK Police Forces and various Government Agencies.
- Introduced and successfully integrated within the company the nationally recognised ‘Investors in People’ status together with international accreditation standards for both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Application and grant of ‘Secure Digital Recording’ patents in UK, Europe, USA, and other territories.
- Introduced, managed, and maintained all company policies including for Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Environmental.
- Introduced the UKs 1st Digital Interview Recorder which was selected to participate in the UK Home Office National Suspect Video Project.
- Project managed supply, manufacture, and delivery for the national roll out of over 750 off Digital Audio CD Interview Recorder to the entire UK Department of Work and Pensions.
- Received a partner award from Suffolk Police for ‘Operation Sumac’ which led to the conviction of Steve Wright (The Suffolk Strangler) who had murdered five young women during December 2006.
