As a certified SAFe Agilist and Ph.D holder, I have over 13 years of experience in various domains, including IT, Marketing, Production, and E-commerce. With hands-on experience as an advanced Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, University lecturer, and Researcher, I have worked on different projects spanning Software development, Change Management, Process Improvement, UI/UX design, Informatica Master Data Management, E-commerce, and web and mobile app development. I am highly skilled in various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Scrum@scale. I have proven competence in leading cross-functional remote and onsite Agile teams with diverse backgrounds to deliver the right products and services within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

My knowledge in DevOps, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and continuous integration/deployment, coupled with my ability to coach and mentor teams, sets me apart as an exceptional Agilist.
