Broadband Engineer/Installation Technician

Broadband engineer for wireless residential and business solutions.

  • Installation of LTE and 5G fixed wireless solutions. 
    • Gemtek; Jantontec; Huawei; Green Packet; SMA Wave; Zemtel.
  • Provide maintenance for installed solutions.
  • Installation of external outdoor equipment and cabling. Involves working at heights, securing equipment with extension poles as well as securing equipment to structures.
  • Indoor installation and configuration, liaising with and assisting Network Operations personnel with the setup of equipment as well as fault investigation. 
  • Customer management on site, including operations advice as well as upselling opportunities.
  • Decommissioning of obsolete equipment, including local premises repairs.
