Production Line for Palace Chemicals Ltd. Liverpool // January 2023 - Current.
Currently, I am working as an Operator for a large private company that produces cement. My work requires me to program specific machines, adding different amounts of chemicals for different recipes depending on product request; this requires attention to detail for each recipe calculation and supervision all the time.
Customer Service Inbound and Outbound Calls for Bosch, Liverpool // May 2021 - September 2022.
I worked for one of the largest businesses in the world as a representative for Bosch boilers, working with different clients and partners, taking a high volume of calls regarding troubleshooting boilers, information on different products, and orders, and setting up appointments for installation, repairs or maintenance of boilers as well as managing complaints.
Food Delivery for Just Eats, Liverpool // January 2020 - May 2021.
I worked for Just Eats delivering food on a bike, this required time management, accuracy, and knowledge of the area.
Amazon Warehouse Operative, Warrington // November 2019 - January 2020.
I worked as a picker within the Amazon warehouse where I gained experience in the use of their complex and bespoke software which required extensive training and attention
to detail when picking orders and adding these to the system.
Order Picker and Returns for Travis Perkins, Warrington // March 2017 - November 2019
I worked for Travis Perkins as a picker for 3 months and then moved to the Customer Service Department, handling everything regarding returns. As one of the largest distribution companies in the UK, it was a very demanding role, yet I learned a lot about handling situations with potentially difficult customers.
Warehouse Operative for GAP Personnel, Warrington // August 2015 - March 2017.
For this agency, I worked in different warehouses handling day-to-day picking and packing roles, as well as a lot of administration in terms of stock handling and deliveries.
