Hiscox Insurance - Brought into this relocation project which is nearing nearing the completion stages of this complex office relocation,  to review, reset timescales and set acheiveable deliverables to outstanding IT issues, rollout of new hybid desktop environment / remote working initiative. Managed install and testing of 70+ Audo Visual / Video Conferencing / collaboration area of this project. Set project plans, secure resources and managed communications between vendor PM’s / coordinators and suppliers  / contractors. Reaponsible for coordination of 3rd Party vendors and liaised with technical architects and SME’s to resolveoutstanding issues and or agree work-arounds where needed on the IT / network side. Responsible for weekly governance/reporting.
