Proven track record of achieving sustained improvements in quality, cost and delivery functions, whilst serving various demanding industries including 1st Tier Automotive OEM’s, F1, Defence, Agricultural, Marine, Food handling and Aerospace.

Competently utilise Lean Manufacturing, SPC and related process improvement techniques to ensure the most cost-effective manufacturing process.

Establish and maintain acceptable quality levels for all assigned products and in line with ISO9001, AS9100 and ITAF procedures.

Interpret and develop reports including standard operating procedures.

Efficiently set and control department budgets.

My more recent experiences have been aimed at under performing manufacturing units and turning them into higher performing teams.

I have a strong background in Cnc, however I have successfully demonstrated that good management techniques can be successful in different production, assembly and warehouse environments, often it's not the theory it's the execution.

Due to the depth of business knowledge and experience I have, found myself assisting the ‘SLT’ setting and understanding relevant metrics. Whilst supporting other teams across the business with implementing and mentoring, where needed. 

A comprehensive education, followed by a long list of in-house either produced or arranged courses, as my career has required. These have included Management and practical skills courses etc.
