I am thorough, hardworking and conscientious. I believe myself to be reliable. I am keen to commence employment to enhance my life skills, and I am always keen to complete every task given. I believe myself to be dependable. I am able to work independently but also feel I am a good team player. I am able to stay calm in stressful situations and also help people around me stay calm. I work well in a team and just as well independently. I am active and alert and will make sure to accomplish whatever is asked of me. I am resilient and courageous and when I put my mind to something I will do it. 

McDonald’s- Stoke-on-Trent.

October 2020- Current

• I work at McDonald's Phoenix Retail Park as a Crew Member. This is my current job.
• I work when I return home from university, handling tasks such as food preparation, serving food to tables, preparing drinks, and taking orders from the drive-thru and checkout. This also involves food preparation and customer satisfaction.
• I am very versatile and will work where my managers need me, with no questions asked. I ensure that I put time and effort to be  fully trained in each section of the store, so I know I can help where help is required and take initiative to achieve our goals together as a store.

CosmoIvicsa- Valencia

July 2022- August 2022

•  I interned abroad during Summer 2022 in Valencia in the marketing sector of an architecture company called CosmoIvicsa.
• This involved running their social media account and promoting their business locally and globally.
• This also involved me living with a Spanish host family and adapting to new culture and traditions. This has massively contributed to my independence and work ethic.
• In the workplace I improved my language skills as we communicated in Spanish, I also managed to improve my Italian skills as I shared a lot of working hours with Italian students, it broadened my language and culture knowledge as well as becoming more confident in communication.
• In my last week of the internship I then trained and supervised another intern in running the account and marketing sector efficiently to carry on the innovative marketing for the company.

Big Mussel- Newcastle Upon Tyne

September 2021- December 2021

• The Big Mussel is  a seafood restaurant.
•  I held roles such as preparing food and drinks, escorting customers to their tables.
• This job prepared me to be more on my feet, move swiftly yet act patiently and provide top customer satisfaction.
• Goals I have fulfilled through this job is improved social etiquette when talking to customers, flexible and disciplined. 

Newcastle University 

September 2021

• I am a current Modern Languages student at Newcastle University, which consists of a four year degree.
• Being a student has built me to be a lot more independent, making me not only reliable for others, but more importantly myself. 
• I have become more resourceful, confident and resilient, taking matters into my own hands when needed. 
• It has increased my bravery and ability to believe I am able to do whatever I put my mind to.
