I have experience working in catering, throughout the period have developed the knowledge of preparing food, cleaning,serving food. Responsibilities 

As a waitress at hideaway my responsibilities are as followed : 

 Setting up and clearing and tables before and after customers enter the restaurant and clearing up any empty glasses and plates , serving food and alcohol , collecting service from the kitchen , taking orders from tables with the iPad / notepad making sure to offer water so the customers have something to drink before their food arrives and also to upsell more , making sure to be attentive when orders are being placed , also heading out for any allergies that a customer may have , welcoming guests when they walk through the door with a smile and asking if they would like to dine in or take away , taking orders from the till when needed , occasionally checking the toilets to make sure they are clean enough for customers to use , making sure soft drinks,  juices , still and sparkling water is refilled during the shift and also for the following day , making sure surfaces are disinfected with anti bacterial spray and wiped down , all sugars , sweeteners , tissues , drinks , and waters are refilled at the end of each shift , the till and display is disinfected , the floor and bathroom is vaccumed and mopped , the display on the walls are polished clean and the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and toiletries are restocked , making sure tables from outside are brought in at the end of each shift .

Rugby , doing hair , Preparing food, watching crime series and learning about sales and owning your own business , reading , listening to music , learning new things and making sure the environment is clean
