My personality is very chatty, fun, and outgoing! Being positive and helping others, whether directly or through charities, is important to me. I'm very active! Love the gym and sports! I like to keep a healthy balanced lifestyle but of course with a cheeky glass of wine. As far as my career is concerned, I am very passionate and give everything I do 100% effort. Seeing the company thrive due to the team's hard work is so rewarding. It is very important to me to support the company's mission. My key skill is taking care of my team and helping them progress, whether it is teaching them areas that need improvement or just being there to support them. My other priority is taking care of the customers from the very beginning to the end since member feedback is very important to me. My view is that happy members help a growing, successful business growth. 

Sales provide me with the ability to meet far more people than nearly any other type of job. I admit I get jazzed by meeting people and hearing their stories. Life is about relationships, and sales have allowed me to create numerous deep relationships. I have extensive experience in sales and customer relations. My early working years were spent doing sales before moving to a role in relationship management. I am comfortable in a client-facing role and have no problem striking up a conversation with anyone. I found relationship management not only nurtures the relationship with the existing customers, but it also paves the way to attract more new customers into the loop. Relationship management is a powerful way of converting potential prospects into loyal customers.
