About Catherine Stephenson:

I am a marketing professional specialising in business to business marketing with extensive experience in customer loyalty, email campaign management and customer service. I am also a fully JNC qualified youth worker specialising in mentoring. I currently work for my church doing 7 hours of administration each week. I'm looking for some additional part time work that will ideally work around the school run.

Experience

Sessional mentoring for Kick (May 2023 – Present) One to one and group mentoring at St Bartholomew’s primary school in Coventry.

Volunteering for Coventry Youth for Christ (May 2022 – May 2023) including mentoring at Finham Park 2 Secondary School and writing resources and delivering workshops for young people.

City Church Coventry – Administration Assistant (February 2021 – Present) This role includes all general admin, HMRC payroll and using the basic PAYE tools app.

Baxi Marketing Coordinator:(2018 – 2019):I project managed and executed a variety of different promotions on the award winning ‘Baxi Works’ and ‘Megaflo Rewards’ loyalty schemes. I also provided support to the wider marketing team across the full marketing mix.

  • Creation, testing and distribution of email communications, including data selection
  • Review and testing of new website and app features 
  • Writing agency briefs for collateral and digital assets, proof reading and following internal sign off procedures
  • Stock management of collateral, organising re-prints as required
  • Producing sales briefs and supporting presentations to brief campaigns
  • Regular training for the sales team and contact centre on the loyalty platform and promotions, including producing training guides
  • Updating website content to keep information up to date and relevant
  • Supporting the consumer Marketing Manager to launch campaigns internally, including posters, giveaways and literature
  • Administration of the marketing budget and key point of contact for finance
  • Managing the monthly marketing report, collating content from across marketing
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, including presenting to the UK sales team at the annual sales conference
  • Part of the Marketing Innovation team where we put forward and implemented ideas for how to imbed our marketing vision and create a collaborative and motivational culture
  • Supporting PR Manager on internal and external communications 

Baxi Marketing Assistant:(2014 – 2018):Administrative support and key contact for the launch and running of ‘Baxi Works’ digital loyalty scheme; training and supporting the helpline staff, the installers that use the scheme and the sales force, to ensure excellent and informed service was provided. I also supported the wider marketing team on a variety of marketing projects and produced and managed content for communications sent to the installers.

Baxi Genuine Parts call centre: (2012 – 2014):Customer services administrator and call handler. I regularly trained new starters in the team.

Coventry cathedral, Birmingham children’s hospital, St Martin’s C of E church, Coventry Youth for Christ and Coventry carer’s centre:(2009 – 2012):A number of youth work placements whilst studying my degree.
