With a strong background in education and leadership, I bring extensive experience in research, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement. As a Lead Practitioner Designate, I have developed and implemented curricula focused on inclusion and diversity, such as embedding bespoke Character Development Days addressing discrimination, tolerance, and identity. My role as Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Trustee for Aprender further reflects my ability to create impactful policies tailored to organisational and societal needs. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including educational leaders and community partners, has honed my communication and strategic thinking skills. My experience teaching Citizenship and Sociology, both of which focus on societal systems and human behaviour, has equipped me to analyse data, draw conclusions, and provide evidence-based recommendations that foster inclusivity and systemic improvement.
