Richard Mannix
About Richard Mannix:
I Am an experienced school director and academic project manager looking to further develop my international profile. I’ve worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. I believe that I could make an excellent contribution in a management position for the following reasons. Firstly, I have gained a great deal of experience in academic leadership and team management in my previous roles. Secondly, I have a strong knowledge of quality assurance issues in Higher Education and adult learning and teaching, being heavily involved in a number of start-up programme validations and revalidations. Thirdly, I have a proven track record of excellence in teaching, module design and curriculum development, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, working with students in both single culture and multicultural learning environments. Fourthly, I believe that I have excellent communication and liaison skills developing strong working relationships both within the organisations I work in and with external stakeholders. Finally, I have worked on educational marketing and new business development in many of my previous roles, attracting individual students and organisations to study with us.
