I started my Technology career at JP Morgan as a Data Network Support Technician. During this time, I was a successful 24x7 Technician, Project Manager and Team Manager. 

I received a Technology award for a Disaster Recovery (DR) Implementation for the bank in Bournemouth. 

I was Incident and Change Manager here in addition, not only representing the Network Team but chairing high impacting Incidents for the Technology Command Centre. 

I was responsible for ensuring SLA’s were met with hardware suppliers (Cisco) and ISP’s (BT, Verizon, Global Crossing). I would attend meetings at the vendor sites in London to discuss issues and improvements. 

I received several promotions during my time in the Data Network Team. 

I then moved to Vendor Service Management, where I drove down ‘aged debt’. This was a project to pay back monies due to ISP’s (BT mostly) that had not been paid to them, over time. 

After this successful time, I then moved to Problem Management, chairing face to face and video meetings with both Technology disciplines and the Lines of Business to discuss high impacting incidents, assigning actions to prevent recurrence.
