I am a focused, versatile, and driven Bid Professional, with the expertise in leading teams to successfully deliver multi-million pound bid proposals within the Construction & Civil Engineering Industry.

I am an enthusiastic, driven and determined individual looking to further develop my career. I have 9 years’ demonstrated experience working in various bid related roles, working my way up to senior management through hard work and determination. 

I am extremely conscientious, deadline driven professional with extensive experience in leading high value bids, from inception to execution whilst working within stringent timescales.

I have recently been promoted to Senior Bid Manager for the Erith Group, which I am incredibly pleased with and grateful for, however I am currently on the lookout for opportunities outside the UK market, specifically in Dubai/UAE. 

In the last 12+ years I have excelled in every position I have been in, gaining new skills and experiences. I pride myself in being a very ambitious, hard-working and a driven person, who is continuously looking to progress and grow professionally as well as personally. I am looking to expand my current skill set and therefore exploring opportunities with a clear vision of growth and development.

I started off as bidding assistant within the business development department 9 years ago in 2015, progressing and learning all skills required to ensure quality bids are to the highest of standards. I was enrolled into a bid writing course for a short period which enabled me to understand the dynamic and different ways to execute and produce a bid/proposal. 

Moving on from this I then progressed to Bid writer reporting to the bid managers and senior proposal teams, through working across the various roles I have learned and exceeded every employer's expectations, which ultimately has led me to move up the corporate ladder and excel in my career - I am now currently the Senior Bid Manager for one of the largest construction firms in the UK, Erith Contractors. 

I have gained a B in English Language and B in English Literature during my school years which I am incredibly proud of. I am of British nationality therefore both my spoken and written English is exceptional. 

I am currently looking to enrol and gain my AMPM Practitioner Certificate (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) which my current employer has offered to fund.
