I'm an experienced HR professional seeking a new venture where I can add value. I have a passion for learning and developing myself as well as finding solutions in challenging situations. I also keep up with HR legislation such as the recent change in flexible working requests for colleagues. Outside of work, I like to write poetry and walk my dog, Casper. 

I deal with note taking as well as guiding and advising the management team. Depending on if there's been misconduct or gross misconduct, I always advise managers to consider length of service, previous records, and any current warnings on colleagues file. I also get involved with payroll, and general administration tasks. I also get involved with recruitment and inductions.
