● Managed Xero financial software, including reconciliations, allocated expenses to projects, extracted various reports. ● Supervised daily and month-end accounting, monitored multiple subsidiary accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flows. ● Managed monthly payroll and pensions. ● Submitted Quarterly VAT returns. ● Managed HMRC and Companies House portals and queries. ● Monitored company's cash flow, setting up monthly budgets and sales forecasts. ● Managed the setup processes for multiple new companies, including HR procedures, drafting various documents and reviewing new contracts. ● Calculated ROI and other numerical and non-numerical factors to evaluate risk on investments. ● Managed KYC documents and other sensitive information. ● Conducted supplier reviews for cost-reduction opportunities. ● Managed Asana, Close CRM and other software.
