In my current position as manager, I am responsible for the day to day running of the site, weekly reports and figures, adapting the programme to maximise capacity, and teach weekly swim lessons as well as energetic aqua fit sessions. Across my teaching career I’ve taught classes ranging from babies to adults working between the STA and Swim England frameworks. Prior to my teaching roles, as a receptionist, I dealt with enquiries, sales, inward and outbound calls, and customer support.

Key responsibilities

● Planning lessons effectively, including detailed overviews

● Teaching schools swimming, following the National Curriculum requirements

● Effective communicating during demonstrations utilising both verbal and non-verbal instructions

● Ensuring all learning is enjoyable and participants are safe

● Encouraging all students and providing appropriate feedback at the right time● As a site manager, I attend the quarterly Senior Management Meeting (SMG)

As a steward, my role involved welcoming guests, monitoring spectator safety, meeting a variety of needs of the MCC members and their guests and providing the outstanding customer service Lord’s is known for.

Key responsibilities

● Managing health and safety procedures during cricket match days and evening functions

● Specialising in the support of MCC members and guests with accessibility needs

● Providing feedback to the accessibility committee, attending meetings covering the needs and

requirements of the ground

● Securing the Pavilion after guests and staff have left at the end of events

● Nominated for Steward of The Year at the end of my first season at Lord’s.

● Attended the awards ceremony annually (limited invitation-only, by supervisor

recommendation)

● Given the opportunity to complete the supervisor NVQ Level 3 qualification

As the founder of Project Lingerie, a subscription box service, I managed all the social media, advertising, marketing, and photography. The Project Lingerie experience is not just another subscription box; it was truly personalised. I designed it to help women feel good, look great and save time. Customer service and communication are key, and I pride myself in always going the extra mile. I handled the purchasing, packing, and product shipment, as well as reconciling the business accounts.
