An efficient and highly motivated individual with a responsible and caring attitude. I have a passion for child development and have gained a wide range of experience in a number of early year settings and placements whilst undertaking my Master's degree. This course has enabled me keep up-to-date with developments in Early Years Care and Education, underpinning theory and practice at a deeper level of understanding. I always aim to provide a unique and inclusive learning experience, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential through a carefully planned balance if adult led and child-initiated experiences, both indoors and out. I feel comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and possess a proven ability to ensure that standards; policies and communications are understood and implemented correctly.
