As a qualified counsellor with a BA Hon's degree in counselling and an individual member of the BACP, I am excited to bring my expertise and passion to support clients with their emotionally wellbeing.

With over six years of experience working in various environments, including workplaces, schools, and Higher Education, I have successfully supported individuals of different backgrounds and ages. Through my extensive 450+ counselling hours, I have developed a deep understanding of psychodynamic and person-centered principles, allowing me to provide effective, individualised therapy.

I am skilled in managing complex caseloads, collaborating with professionals and multidisciplinary teams, and adapting to remote therapy sessions through telephone and video calls. My clear understanding of remote counselling and effective communication techniques enables me to provide quality support to clients even from a distance.

As a friendly, trustworthy, and non-judgmental individual, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and challenges. I am dedicated to empowering young people, adolescents, and adults through both short-term and long-term counselling.

Six + years experience working within workplace environments, schools,  Higher Education (HE) and clinical EAP. A extensive, demonstrable experience of working with individuals of different backgrounds and ages with a wide range of varied issues and a deep understanding of psychodynamic and person centred principles. Three years+ experience with remote therapy sessions (telephone and video calls) and a clear understanding of communication through remote counselling and the key principles derived from Rogers core conditions. Extensive experience of efficaciously applying a range of different client focused therapeutic interventions (such as; CBT worksheets) within sessions, face to face, video and via telephone.
