As an ambitious and eager learner, I am always up for new challenges and projects. I thrive in environments that push me to expand my knowledge and skills.

One of my key strengths is my ability to work well with others. I have a natural inclination to connect with people and build strong relationships. This allows me to easily get along with colleagues and collaborate effectively in a team setting. 

At the same time, I am also comfortable working independently. I have a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline, which enables me to stay focused and productive when working on individual tasks. 

Furthermore, I have gained valuable experience in leading teams, this has allowed me to develop strong leadership qualities such as effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Overall, my ambition to learn, adaptability to different situations, ability to work well with others, time management skills, leadership experience, and a passion of producing great food.
 

During this experience I have learnt how a big restaurant works with a lot of customers coming through the door. I have worked front and back of house having the knowledge and skill to manage a high level of work load on a professional manor. During this time I have not only learnt how to manage the pub while on shift with dealing with customers but also manage the team on busy shifts.

I have skills from bar and restaurant manager through to kitchen manager which includes all the running teams, stock take, ordering and general duties.
