Always strive to the very best that you can be.   I am passionate about helping , every individual to shine.  Finding out what matters for them.  Every child has something special to offer.  Developing their skills, in a way that works for them. I have a great deal of patience and kindness. I have worked with both children and young adults, with Special needs and Autism .   My most recent employment. Was for Robert Owen Communities. I supported a Mother and baby with Autism. In their own home and in the community. For 3 years.   I also supported a young woman to be independent in her own home and at work. To help her gain in confidence.
