30+ Years working with the public. Passionate when it comes to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Not fantastic at admin roles but face to face eye contact listening to customers needs  is what I’m all about.  25 years I was an outstanding coach for weight watchers Uk delivering excellent skills of motivation to members. I taught people to regain self confidence and I loved every minute of this role.   6 years working as a CRM manager for vauxhall again customer service is all about the minute you set your eyes on that customer you look after their needs from start to finish with their experience with you.
